Seek, find, attract, and hire the best talents to support business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective and innovative talent attraction strategies.
    • Ensure the complete staffing process (posting of positions, search for candidates, analysis of applications, interviews, technical evaluations, reference checks, etc.).
    • Find, make contact, and maintain positive professional relationships with candidates who are not necessarily job seekers.
    • Advise managers on the selection of candidates.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team for everything related to the employer brand (defining the identity, ideation, follow-up, content creation, etc.).
    • Participate in recruitment activities (schools, job fairs, etc.).
    • Be a proud Transit ambassador.
    • Be responsible for promoting health and safety in the workplace.
    • Offer our employees an exceptional employee experience by taking part in various HR projects!

Sought profile:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Administration – Human Resources or Industrial Relations, or related field of study.
    • 2 – 5 years experience in recruitment.
    • Interest in health and safety at workplace.
    • Bilingualism required (French, English) due to the need of oral and written communication with unilingual French or English-speaking collaborators.
    • Ability to establish human contact.
    • Go-getting, proactive and determined.
    • Creative and dynamic.
    • Rigorous and good organization skills.
