Your mission at  Transit?

Find and hire the best talent for our operations team (warehouse).
Integrate and ensure the training of our new recruits.
Ensure the well-being, health and safety of the team.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Staffing: ensure the complete selection process for employees of the warehouse section (interviews, technical evaluations, reference checks, job offers, etc.).
    • Integration: welcome, integrate, train and/or coordinate the training of new employees.
    • HR management:
    • Welcome, listen to and refer employees to the appropriate resources.
    • Advise and support supervisors to ensure mobilization, commitment and retention of the team.
    • Be responsible for communicating information to warehouse employees.
    • Health and security at work :
      • Be responsible for the health and safety of the warehouse section.
      • Coordinate prevention activities.
      • Lead the OHS committee.
      • Make sure of the compliance with legal obligations in terms of OHS.
      • Ensure investigations and analyzes of accidents arising from reports of accidents, incidents or material incidents.
    • Training: determine, with employees and supervisors, the different training needs and ensure that the needs are taken care of.

Sought profile:

    • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Relations, Administration HR option or related training.
    • Minimum of one year of experience in human resources management.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT software.
    • Ease to establish human contacts.
    • Proactive, determined, creative, rigorous, organized.
    • Excellent priority management.
    • Bilingualism required (French, English) due to the need of oral and written communication with unilingual French or English-speaking collaborators.
