Supervise the development of a computer tool (OMS: Order Management System) and see to its improvements.


    • Ensure that the solution meets the processes and needs.
    • Translate business requirements, operational and functional requirements to development teams.
    • Participate in project planning, reviews, iteration, release planning, and demonstrations.
    • Participate in the planning and monitoring of system development, upgrade and maintenance.
    • Analyze metrics and product usage to make data-driven decisions to influence the tool roadmap.
    • Prioritize tool improvement activities taking into account business needs, budget and timelines.
    • Investigate system problems or incidents, analyze them and find solutions.
    • Receive improvement requests and ensure follow-up.
    • Validate the feasibility and benefits of new improvement ideas.
    • Manage the product backlog.
    • Create test scenarios, execute these tests and log the results to confirm the functionality of the system.
    • Provide support to super users for the implementation and production of new systems.

sought profile:

    • BAC in computer science.
    • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
    • Bilingualism (French-English) required due to the need to communicate in writing and orally with unilingual Anglophone and/or Francophone collaborators.
    • Knowledge and experience with SQL.
    • Knowledge about the concepts, information systems and data modeling techniques.
    • Analysis, problem solving and synthesis skills.
    • Ability to anticipate user behavior.
    • Interpersonal skills: listening skills, teamwork.
    • Willingness to contribute actively and sense of initiative.
