Branch Coordinator – Montreal

Transit is looking for a leader for its Montreal team! We are looking for someone inspiring who likes to have both feet in action.


Ensure effective management of operations and human resources while actively participating in the daily operations of the branch (30% management, 70% operations).

Some info about our Montreal branch:

    • Located in St-Léonard.
    • Warehouse size: ​​15,000 ft2.
    • Team: ± 8 employees.


    • Work in a team and actively contribute to the various tasks of the branch: preparation of orders, placing goods, distribution of orders and returns of goods.
    • Supervise the branch operations and ensure its proper functioning.
    • Ensure the management of the human resources: hiring, integration, training, compliance with OHS standards, meeting, work planning, schedule, communication of objectives, assessment, follow-up, set priorities, etc.
    • Exercise positive leadership in upholding Transit’s vision and values ​​through operations and employee management.
    • Inspire and engage the team to provide exemplary customer service that meets company standards.
    • Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the branch: plan and have maintenance work carried out as needed, follow up on service contracts with suppliers.
    • Identify issues affecting branch and employee performance, advise solutions and ensure the implementation of the chosen solutions.

sought profile:

    • College degree or other diploma related to operations management.
    • 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing.
    • Microsoft Office skills.
    • Bilingualism (French-English) required due to the need to communicate in writing and orally with unilingual Anglophone or Francophone collaborators.
    • Excellent physical shape.
    • Positive and mobilizing leadership.
    • Proactive, responsible, organized, autonomous .
    • Have good judgment.
